This page contains all the steps required to complete the selection process.

Selected participants will receive our hair loss treatment free of charge (vials + capsules + shampoo) for 6 months, with a commercial value of €800, and the opportunity to become testimonials for our next campaign.

1. What you will receive if you are selected

The 20 selected candidates will receive free of charge:

• Hair loss vials (6 months in total)

• Hair loss capsules (6 months in total)

• Dedicated shampoo

• Detailed instructions for intake and application

• Free monthly hair analyses

• Dedicated support from our team throughout the entire programme

Total treatment value (vials + capsules + shampoo): €800 — completely free for selected participants.

2. What you need to do now

To complete your application, send us 5 photos, required to evaluate:

• the type of thinning

• compatibility with the programme

• the possibility of monitoring progress over time

• the possibility of becoming a testimonial for our next campaign

The required photos are:

1. Front-facing face photo

2. Photo of the hair from above

3. Side photo of the hair

4. Photo of the thinning area (if present)

5. Full-body photo

3. Selection criteria

As the available places are limited to 20 people, selection will be based on:

• trichological suitability;
• availability for the required activities;
• geographical proximity to partner pharmacies;
• alignment with the brand image.

4. How the programme works if you are selected

1. We will arrange a video call to explain the programme in detail

2. We will send you the treatment

3. You follow the included instructions

4. Once a month, you send us photos of your hair so that we can understand how the situation is evolving

5. Once a month (or at least 3 times over 6 months), we will arrange for you to have a trichological check-up (hair analysis) at the nearest pharmacy

6. At the end of the 6 months, you will take part in our official professional photo shoot for the next campaign, which will be held in June in Padua (IMMUNO XIDIL® will fully cover transport costs from your home).On this occasion, we will take photos and videos of you, as well as a short interview in which you will be asked to share your feedback on the programme.
   Your photos and videos will then be used by us for our digital communications and official printed materials; they may therefore appear on our social media channels, website, in pharmacies and in other promotional materials.

We also reserve the right to suspend the collaboration with a candidate at any time if they fail to comply with one or more of the points listed above.

5. Treatment shipping methods

To ensure proper monitoring and optimal management of the programme, the treatment will be shipped in three stages:

1. First shipment: treatment for the first 2 months

2. Second shipment: treatment for months 3 and 4

3. Third shipment: treatment for months 5 and 6

The second and third shipments will be sent automatically after verifying the regularity of the programme and receipt of the required monthly updates.

No purchase is required and there are no shipping costs.

6. Timeline

• Applications will be reviewed between December and January in two different phases: pre-selection and final selection.

• You will receive an email with the outcome.

7. Data processing and privacy

The information and photos submitted will be used to:

• assess compatibility with the selection process

• monitor the programme of selected candidates

• possibly use them in official digital and printed materials related to the next IMMUNO XIDIL® advertising campaign
